- Resend — our email delivery provider, used to send booking confirmations and quote emails
- Google Maps / Distance Matrix API — to calculate journey distances and routes
- Our driver(s) — your name, pickup address, destination and journey time are shared with the driver assigned to your booking
All third-party providers we use are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR. We do not transfer your data outside the UK or EEA.
7. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. This collects anonymised data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/region level). Analytics cookies are only set after you have given your consent via our cookie banner.
